Many of our products are personally signed by Hugh (we have yet to clone him) and he is still very heavily involved in a filming schedule which has a tendency to move around a bit! This means it is a bit difficult to plan the process precisely and therefore this means we have an additional bottleneck in the delivery schedule. We will endeavour to keep you informed in any delays here on the site and by email if necessary. We aim to dispatch all of our goods withing two working days from time of order but occasionally due to the nature of some of our products please allow ten days before we dispatch.
As a reminder, please be aware that if you’ve ordered multiple items, your order will be sent when all the items are available to send, please check the last delivery date and contact us if you want to make other arrangements. We’ve had a couple of people highlight to us this is not obvious when ordering and we are currently changing the text to make this much clearer from now on.
