Delivery times
We aim to dispatch all of our goods withing two working days from time of order but occasionally due to the nature of some of our products and during busy periods please allow ten days before we dispatch. When we launch new River Cottage products, this inevitably effects delivery times, and we will endeavour to keep you informed in any delays here on the site and by email if necessary.
Multiple items
As a reminder, please be aware that if you’ve ordered multiple items, your order will be sent when all the items are available to send, please check the last delivery date and contact us if you want to make other arrangements. We’ve had a couple of people highlight to us this is not obvious when ordering and we are currently changing the text to make this much clearer from now on. We will continue to appreciate any further feedback from you on any other improvements we can make. Please email any comments to shopassistant@rivercottage.net .

Current status on products with issues – (Last Update: 1st February 2010)
Veg Patch Essentials will become available again mid to late March
All our tickets are now e-tickets - you will not receive anything in the post
Vouchers are both e-vouchers and also hard copies which are being dispatched within 14 days
