On-Line Payment
All items ordered from HFW Interactive Ltd to UK shipping addresses will be delivered via our partnership with Worldpay to provide a secure on-line ordering facility for the items in the rivercottage.net shop that are stocked and managed directly by HFW Interactive Ltd.

Order Delivery
In support of the post office, we offer the post as a shipping alternative. These don’t require a signature.
You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. If you have selected post as a shipping method please check with the postal office for delivery times. If you have selected Parcelforce you should receive an email from ourselves with a tracking number which you can use to track your packages on their website, http://www.parcelforce.com/portal/pw. Our couriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday
Our courier Parcelforce require a signature on delivery so please consider using your work address as a delivery (shipping) address to ensure we can deliver your item to you. After this point you will then be able to use the "track your parcel" facility on their website to track progress using a unique parcel number that will be communicated to you by email after you have completed the online ordering process. All items ordered for UK shipping addresses should be delivered within 2 weeks.
Please note that we do ship to overseas addresses - all items ordered for delivery overseas will be sent via air mail - please allow up to a further week for delivery.
Please note that the packaging we use is recyclable.
Perishable items (Hampers/Meat packs)
These have very short shelf life and are sent chilled. Once it has been sent to your address by our couriers, Parcelforce, it is your responsibility to be there to deal with these items. They will delivered between 9-5.30pm on the day you have selected, please make sure that you or someone else is there to receive and sign for them. They will need to be refrigerated immediately. Please note that we are not able to ship food products or alchohol outside of the UK.
Gift Vouchers
In support of the post office, we will be delivering gift vouchers via The Royal Mail, as well as emailing them.
Tickets
All of our tickets are now e-tickets and you will no longer receive a hard copy through the post. Don't worry if your first choice of event is full - we are constantly updating courses throughout the year. If you have queries regarding our evens or making a booking please send an email to events@rivercottage.net

River Cottage Returns Policy
We are pleased to be able to offer a returns policy for items purchased directly from HFW Interactive Ltd.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
Provide details of the reason for the return and your original order number.
If the reason for the return is a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.
Package the item securely in its original packaging.

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return. This may take up to 3 weeks.

Change of Address/Re-Delivery Charge
We are able to change your delivery address, but once Parcelforce have attempted to deliver your item twice, and both times failed, and you are unable to pick your parcel up from the depot, River Cottage will be charged by Parcelforce for a new delivery address.
Therefore if you would like your address changed, unfortunately we will have to charge you a further £4.50.
