Website producer
River Cottage are looking for a full time website producer to manage their very busy website, newsletters and other online activities.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in managing the day-to-day needs of a large website. The role will include content writing and editing, basic graphic & image manipulation, audience analysis and communication of the main River Cottage website and online shop, as well as working with RC’s creative and technical teams to manage the growth and development of the site as well as their other online projects and activities.

Experience Required:
Information Architecture & Usability skills
Proven experience in ecommerce
Experience and understanding of Google Analytics and other metrics tools
Scheduling and production management skills
Content editing and collation
Basic Photoshop skills
Basic HTML & CMS experience
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Based in the local area
Own transport & ability to work across 3 sites
Keen interest on the subject matter!

Experience in and understanding of community websites will be a distinct advantage.

The role will be based across three main locations - 0404 Creative (River Cottages’ design and web team in Bridport), Park Farm (HQ) and Cornwall - therefore the role will involve regular travel between Dorset, Devon & Cornwall.
