Come and spend a night with us in true River Cottage style. The night is only available to you, our members, giving you the chance to party to the late hours with your favourite River Cottage contributors.
Saturday 28th June saw the first date for the annual members party, click here to read Mark Diacono's blog and for more photos from the evening.
The evening will begin at 6pm with our signature cocktail, the River Cottage Rhubarb Bellini, and delicious seasonal canapés whilst you relax in the River Cottage Kitchen Garden. Your fellow guests will include Hugh and three of his regular contributors. These might include Ray Smith our River Cottage Butcher, John Wright, our foraging expert and author of the first River Cottage Handbook on Mushrooms, and Mark D who is currently building our EcoClimate Garden.
At about 8.30pm you’ll join us in the marquee for a four course set menu, with a bottle of wine complimentary to each member. The menu will include spit roast pork, a local cheese board, and dessert plus coffees and petit fours.
As a member, your personal membership number will be entered in to free entry prize draw. At about 10pm, we’ll reveal the lucky winners. The prizes will be personal items kindly donated by Hugh and our contributors. These might include Ray’s air dried ham, one of Hugh’s own sheepskins, or a barrel of Colin’s cider. You’ll remember Colin from the cider festival where Hugh drank him under the table!
At 10.30pm you’ll be grooving on down with Jessamy Upton and The Guilty Pleasures, before the evening draws to a close at 12.30pm.

Location: This course is run from River Cottage H.Q on the Dorset/Devon borders. Full address details of H.Q. will be provided once you have booked.

A complimentary bottle of wine per member, plus a welcome cocktail for everyone is included in the ticket price.
Hugh availability: Hugh won’t be able to stay the whole evening, but the party should give you a good chance to meet him, if you haven’t already.
Dress for a Party: Smart casual and being on a farm we would suggest sensible footwear.
Accommodation: If you need local accommodation, click here for a list of hotels and bed & breakfasts, recommended to us by our customers. We don't have camping facilities but for information on local campsites and self catering accommodation, call the Lyme Regis Tourist Information Office on 012.... They will be very happy to help.
